What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy work rooted in the Japanese tradition of hands-on healing. Our certified Reiki Master uses light touch or hovers her hands just above your body to help your nervous system settle and your body’s natural rhythms restore.
You remain fully clothed. There is no massage, manipulation, or pressure. Reiki works with the body’s subtle energy fields to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for you to reset.
Reiki pairs well alongside massage, medical care, and other forms of therapeutic work. Many of our clients book Reiki alongside our Personalized Massage or Total Body Tune-Up sessions for a comprehensive wellness experience.

What to expect during your session
Intake and Setup (5 to 10 minutes):
Your practitioner will discuss what brought you in, any physical or emotional concerns you want to address, and what you hope to experience. This is also a chance to ask questions if you are new to Reiki.
The Session:
You will lie fully clothed on a massage table, covered with a light sheet if you prefer. Soft music plays in the background. Your practitioner uses a series of hand positions, either lightly touching or hovering above your body, moving from head to feet throughout the session.
There is no talking required during the session. Most people close their eyes and rest. Some fall asleep. Whatever you experience is exactly right.
Session Flow:
Your practitioner works through traditional Reiki hand positions covering the head, chest, torso, and limbs. Extra time may be spent in areas where you carry tension or where they sense energetic congestion. The pace is unhurried and intuitive.
Closing:
The session ends gently. Your practitioner will let you know when you can slowly sit up. Take your time coming back to full awareness. Water is available if you need it.
